Additional permissions on Android devices

Apart from the standard permissions required for most Android apps, Enpass may ask for additional permissions when certain features are accessed:

• Contacts: To access email addresses from your own contact details when setting up a vault to sync with a cloud account, or when purchasing an Enpass subscription through the Play Store.

• Camera: To attach images to Items in Enpass, and to scan QR codes when storing one-time authenticator codes (TOTP).

• Storage: To save or restore backups of your Enpass data, to store icons for your Enpass Items, or to use Enpass’s Folder Sync feature.

• Telephone: To make calls by tapping phone numbers stored in Enpass.
