Haven't received Enpass activation code

What to do if you have not received your Enpass activation code

If your one-time code for activating Enpass hasn’t arrived...

  • Check your spam folder.

  • Confirm that you correctly entered the email address you provided.

  • If the option is available, try using Sign in with Apple or Sign in with Google instead.

  • If you activated Enpass using Sign in with Apple, give the confirmation email a little extra time to arrive. This service hides your real email address and passes mail to you through a private email relay service, which may slow down delivery by several minutes.

  • Try a different email address to activate Enpass.
