How to update your registered email address with Enpass
To ensure your Premium features continue to work after updating your registered email, we recommend making the change first from the Enpass app from which you originally purchased your Enpass subscription. For example, if you purchased Enpass through Google Play, change your email in the Enpass app on your Android device before making the same change on other devices.
If you purchased your subscription through the Enpass website, please contact support@enpass.io for help changing your registration. Include your original order information, and both your old and new email addresses.
Desktop
To change your registered email address in Enpass for desktop:
Go to Settings > General.
To the right of your email address, click the View Details button, then click Change.
Enter your new email address, and click Send Code.
Enter the six-digit code from the confirmation email, and click Confirm.
Click Done to complete the update.
iOS
To change your registered email address in Enpass for iOS:
Go to Settings.
Under License Information, tap your current email address, then tap Change.
Enter your new email address, then tap , or tap Continue with Apple.
Enter the six-digit code from the confirmation email, and tap Done.
Android
To change your registered email address in Enpass for Android:
Go to Settings.
Under License Information, tap your current email address, then tap Change.
Select Use Email and enter your email address, or select Continue with Google.
Enter the six-digit code from the confirmation email, and tap Done.
Once you’ve changed your registered email address, remember to update your email address in your Enpass Settings on all your devices.
