Unable to restore an Enpass purchase; account shows Lite or Trial user

You are using different Apple ID on your iPhone than the ID used to pay for Enpass.

You activated Enpass with different Apple ID than the ID used to pay for Enpass.

You activated Enpass with different email address than the email associated with your Enpass subscription.

You downloaded Enpass using a Play Store account with a different email address than the email associated with your Enpass subscription.
To check your account status:

In Enpass on your computer, your status is shown at the top of Settings > General.

On mobile devices, your status is show at the top of Settings, under the heading License Information.
To fix this issue:

Sign into the Enpass app with the same email or Apple ID as you used to pay for Enpass.
To restore your purchase:

Go to Settings > License Information (or in some cases Settings > Upgrade Options).

Tap Restore Purchase.
