Master Password Recovery

Recovering access when an Enpass Business user has lost their Master Password

Enpass Business users who have lost or forgotten their Master Password can to request access recovery by clicking Forgot Password? on the Enpass app’s lock screen. See Access Recovery for Users for steps.

Designated Recovery Administrators will be notified, and can process the request in the Access Recovery section of the Admin Console.

Once the recovery request has been approved, the user will be sent recovery instructions, enabling them to create a new Master Password and regain access to their Enpass app.
