Sharing a vault in Enpass Business

Enpass Business vaults can be shared between team members and organizational groups from within the Enpass app.

The first vault created in your own Enpass app is your Primary Vault, which is a private vault and cannot be shared.

Sharing can be managed only from an Enpass desktop app, not from the mobile app.

To share a Business vault in Enpass:

  1. Go to Enpass > Setting > Vaults and select the vault to be shared.

  2. In Vault Settings, click the Share button ICON-share-up-arrow.svg or click ICON-UI-more.svg and select Share Vault.

  3. In the Share Vault screen, start entering a name or email address.

  4. From the list of suggested names, select the person you’re inviting to share your vault.

  5. Repeat Steps 3 and 4 for any additional invitees who will be granted the same access permissions.

  6. Choose access permissions for this group of invitees.

  7. Click Share.

  8. The invitees will receive an email with a personalized link that will launch Enpass and mount the vault for that member only.

  9. Repeat this process for any new invitees who will have different access permissions from the first group of invitees.
