Understanding Dashboard

The Admin Console Dashboard is your central hub for monitoring and managing Enpass deployment across your organization. It gives administrators a real-time view of where users are in their journey.

Use this page to orient yourself with the dashboard, then follow the links below to dive deeper into each area.

What the Dashboard Shows

The dashboard is organized into four key areas:

Focus Actions A guided banner that brings all rollout steps and resources into one place. It helps you configure and complete your initial deployment checklist. The banner remains visible on the dashboard as long as any setup tasks are incomplete, giving you an at-a-glance reminder of what still needs attention before rollout. → See Pre-Deployment Setup

User Onboarding Overview Tracks users through four stages: Assigned, Activated, Onboarded, and Using Enpass. Each stage shows how many users have progressed and how many are still pending. → See Tracking User Onboarding Progress

Enpass App Usage Overview Shows how users are engaging with key features — adding items, connecting the browser extension, and using autofill. Use this to assess engagement and focus your enablement efforts. → See Monitoring Feature Adoption

Enpass Active Users A 30-day chart showing active versus inactive users. Helps you quickly identify who is using Enpass regularly and who may need follow-up. → See Identifying & Re-engaging Inactive Users

How to Read Adoption Health at a Glance

When you open the dashboard, ask yourself three questions:

  1. Are licenses being used? Check the Assigned vs. Unassigned count in the Onboarding Overview.

  2. Are users progressing? Look at the drop-off between each onboarding stage.

  3. Are users engaging? Review the App Usage metrics — especially autofill, which signals deep integration into daily workflows.

A healthy deployment shows users steadily moving through all four onboarding stages, with growing autofill and browser extension adoption over time.
