Branding Your Enpass Experience

Enpass Business gives administrators several ways to shape how the product looks and feels for their users — from your company logo on every device, to the tone and content of emails employees receive, to the perks you extend to their families.

This section covers all the ways you can tailor Enpass to reflect your organization.

Organization Branding

Add your organization's logo so it appears inside the Enpass app on all user devices, displayed alongside their license details.

To upload your logo:

1. In the Admin Console, open the User Menu (top-right corner) and select Settings.

2. Scroll to the Organization Branding section and review the logo requirements.

3. Choose your image file and click Upload.

✅ Once uploaded, the logo is visible to all users in your organization on every device they use Enpass on.

1. Customizing Emails Sent to Your Users

Personalize the reminder and onboarding emails that Enpass sends to your users. Edit subject lines, body content, and add custom links — all without leaving the Admin Console.

2. Managing Your Business Subscription

View your current plan, check subscription status, review pending transactions, and make purchases directly from the Billing section of the Admin Console.

3. Extending Enpass to Your Employees' Families

Every Enpass Business user is eligible for a complimentary Friends & Family Plan — premium Enpass access for up to five family members, completely free and fully isolated from company data.
