Extending Enpass to Your Employees' Families

Every Enpass Enterprise plan user is eligible for a Complimentary Family Plan — allowing them to share premium Enpass with up to 5 family members at no extra cost to your organization.

Privacy & Data Isolation

Employees and admins can be confident that family use is fully separated from work data:

• No data linkage — A user's work vault and their family members' vaults are completely independent.

• Personal email only — Family data is tied to each family member's personal email address, not their work account.

• Organization has no visibility — Your company has no access to or control over family members' data.

Admin: Enabling the Enpass Family Plan

The Family Plan is disabled by default. A super admin must enable it and assign it before any employees can activate it.

1. In the Admin Console, go to Settings → Enpass Family Plan.

2. Click Assign to open the license assignment dialog.

3. Choose who receives access:

   • Everyone in organization — assigns the plan to all users in your Enpass organization.

   • Groups — assigns the plan to employees in one or more specific groups.

4. Click Assign to save. The assignment is shown on the page (e.g., Currently assigned to: Everyone).

To revoke access from all users at once, click Unassign All.

Employees: Activating the Plan

Step 1 — Receive the Offer

After activating the Enpass app with their work email, the employee receives a Enpass Family Plan invitation at that same address.

Step 2 — Click the Link & Fill Out the Form

The invitation email contains a registration link. The form asks for:

After submitting, the employee verifies via a one-time code. Once confirmed, they can add and manage up to 5 family members immediately.
