The Email Customization section lets you tailor the emails Enpass sends to your users; matching your organization's tone, adding helpful context, or linking to internal resources.
Note: Email customization currently applies to reminder emails triggered from the User Onboarding Overview and Enpass App Usage Overview sections of the Admin Console dashboard. The support for more email types being gradually rolled out. Templates you've modified will show a Customized tag so you always know which ones have been changed.
Accessing Email Templates

Log into the Enpass Admin Console.

In the left panel, go to Settings → Email Customization.
You'll see a list of all available templates with a name and short description of when each one is sent.
Previewing a Template
Before editing, preview the email to see how it currently looks.

Click Preview next to any template.

In the pop-up, choose:

Edit Template — to start customizing

Send test email to me — to see it land in your own inbox first

Editing a Template
Open the editor from the Preview pop-up or by clicking Edit directly next to a template.

Click any placeholder at the top of the editor to insert it into the subject or body:

Text Formatting
The body editor supports bold, italic, underline, headings, bullet lists, numbered lists, and hyperlinks.
To add a hyperlink:

Click the link icon in the toolbar.

Enter the URL and optionally a display label.

Click Insert.
Publishing Your Changes

Click Preview and confirm to review the updated email.

Click Publish changes to save and activate it.
A success banner will confirm publication. The template now shows the Customized tag and will be used for all future emails of this type.
Resetting to Default
You can revert any template to the original Enpass version at any time.

Click ⋮ on the right side of the template row.

Select Reset to default.

Click Confirm in the pop-up.
A confirmation banner will appear once the reset is complete.
Previewing Reminder Emails from Onboarding
When sending reminders from the Onboarding overview, you can preview the exact email content before it goes out.

From the Onboarding overview, open the user list for a specific state (e.g., App Setup Pending).

Click View reminder email content.

From the preview pop-up, edit the template or send a test to yourself.
