Enpass MCP exposes three tools that your AI agent can call to retrieve organization data. All tools are read-only.

Security Audit

Tool: organization_security_health_status

Returns a comprehensive overview of your organization's security posture. Ideal for security reviews, compliance measurement, leadership reporting, and identifying high-risk areas.

Data Returned

  • Security Health Summary — Overall security classification and audit score

  • Security Data Freshness — Last synchronization timestamp for security metrics

  • Password Health Analysis — Breakdown of compromised, weak, expired, breached, reused, non-compliant, and SSO-reused passwords

  • No of Items & Passkey Adoption — Total stored items and passkey adoption progress

  • Vault Distribution Overview — Distribution of primary and shared vaults across the organization

  • Authentication Security — Accounts where 2FA is available but not yet enabled

Adoption & Onboarding

Tool: enpass_adoption_and_app_usage_overview

Returns a high-level overview of Enpass deployment and onboarding progression. Helps administrators measure Enpass adoption, track whether users are actively using the Enpass app, and identify adoption gaps.

Data Returned

  • User Adoption Funnel — Progress from purchased licenses through assigned, activated, onboarded, and actively using Enpass

  • License Utilization Overview — Purchased, assigned, unassigned, activated, and pending activation counts

  • Onboarding Progress — Users who have completed app setup versus those still pending

  • Feature Adoption Metrics — Item creation, browser extension connection, and autofill usage

  • Adoption Gap Analysis — Users who have not yet connected the browser extension or used autofill

  • Active User Engagement — Active and inactive user breakdown for the past 30 days

Authentication Activity

Tool: application_security_activity_summary

Returns aggregated authentication and access-related security events. Provides high-level metrics rather than raw event logs, making it suitable for trend analysis and anomaly detection.

Data Returned

  • Admin Console Login Activity — Successful administrator sign-ins to the Admin Console

  • Admin Console Login Failures — Failed Admin Console login attempts

  • Enpass Application Access — Successful Enpass application unlock events

  • Application Unlock Failures — Failed attempts to unlock the Enpass application

  • Security Policy Enforcement — Login attempts blocked by security policies

Time Range

This tool accepts optional start_time and end_time parameters in ISO 8601 format (e.g. 2026-01-01T00:00:00Z). If no time range is provided, results are calculated from all available historical data.

Data Access & Privacy

The AI platform only has access to the aggregated metrics returned by the three tools above. It does not have access to individual passwords, vault contents, or any personally identifiable information.
